Practical Installation Training of all Forms of Fire Doors for Skilled Carpenters/Joiners (Open Course)

This course is designed to provide Fire Door Technicians or anyone with a CSCS skilled joinery card (or equivalent appropriate experience) the necessary training and skills to install a wide range of fire door sets to the required standards.

Description

An understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and associated fire control regulations, including good working practice regarding working with fire doors
The ability to successfully install an FD30 fire door to the required standards, along with any approved alterations/remediations required at point of installation
A broadened knowledge around fire stopping of a fire door to ensure safe and compliant installation
